Change Initiatives

Several change initiatives are currently underway at DND/CF to ensure that the Department and the Canadian Forces have the proper resources for today and are prepared to meet the challenges of tomorrow. The mission of the Chief of Reserves and Cadets Division is to provide advice and, when mandated, direction in support of defence objectives pertaining to the Reserve Force and to deliver Department of National Defence sponsored Youth Programs.
